The first time I heard Patrick Bogui, aka Dr. Violin, play was back in January 2019 at Oakwood University. Around that time, my “now” wife and I were putting together the final touches to our wedding, but we still needed to find that last bit of magic to make our day one to truly remember. That was Dr. Violin.

He did a phenomenal job performing at my wedding back in March 2019. Our guests literally came up to us several times and asked, “Where did you find the violinist?!”

He is amazing.

 Patrick Bogui was hired to provide the background music for my 40th birthday party. It was drive-by style due to the pandemic. His musicianship, professionalism and humble spirit was something I appreciated.

He was able to play several genres of music and even when we had requests, he didn’t miss a beat! What I loved was that he took the time to let my children hold and play a few notes of his instrument. I was nervous about it, but he was so patient with them and that really left an impression with them and with me. I highly recommend Patrick for events, church services, weddings, or intimate dinners.

He is an amazing violinist who plays with his soul!
